Reel motor noise in Play

Denon DR-M24HX. I am holding a mobile phone directly on top of the motor (white) to record the mechanical noise. What is causing the noise? The motor itself when taken out of the deck runs very quiet even under load (squeezing the axle with my fingers).

It was a worn idler tire causing most of the noise.
