black Americans have done more in the modern age to champion and represent African excellence and challenge our enemies than any other group. I find it particularly sad that Africans won't acknowledge this and consider collectivizing, eschewing tradition, spite, jealousy, pride etc. and allowing us to advise and guide African leaders in this crucial time. Africa can become the world superpower, or just a subjugated playground for other nations.... I'm your cousin from america but my people have been here longer than most Europeans. We have a particular advantage and expertise, and experience with dealing directly with these colonialist people.

@Eric Beller white so-called educaters have proven for the last 460 years that they are liars an cant' be trusted .whenever a black scholar dares to show them for who they really are an enormous amount of energy is expended by people who share your mindset. You have a good day and summer.
@bigbluedog3605 жыл бұрын
@Eric Beller A Black scholar should be correct but not a white one? a white person will believe just about anything taught to them as long as the instructor is white. Walker is right on some points. Dr Ivan Van Sertimer was present for the opening of some tombs in Egypt, Ramses the 2nd for one and he said his skin was black.So he was lying?Not romantizing a damn thing because this is a new day but one thing that can't be refuted is the fact that the white race has a sordid history with everyone they have ever come in contact with.
@bigbluedog3605 жыл бұрын
@Eric Beller Your truth is only true to you if it comes from a white person.Some times things take on racial overtones because of those involved and the difference in respect they show to the respective parties. I doubt if you have ever put this much time and energy into a white scholar you disagreed with.It's how society has engineered you to think about black people.I was visiting Professor Jafar, who is the head of African American studies at Columbia University one day, a 17yr old white kid asked him in front of everybody during class in a loud voice " what qualification do you have to be teaching this class" He would have never done that to a white professor.That man has a Phd and has been there for decades. That young man grows to be someone like you. It's Black so it must be questioned. My training and experience has taught me that while we don't want to admit it, everything is about race,gender,religion,and so forth. I don't make the rules but i know what they are.

Here, Dr. Clarke poses a very unique question that we have to address today. That question being," What is it about Definition( African) are we afraid to address?" As a whole, we only desire the acceptance of our greatness...and starkly deny our weakness....the very weakness that allows our suppression to exist even today. Each one of us wears a sense of shame albeit psychologically, physically, or spiritually. As individuals, and community, this is a query we MUST address. I believe it is the foundation of self awareness and discovery. Respect to Dr. Clarke and his legacy of thought provoking wisdom and rediscovery.
