Good lord, I didn't know that Gary looked this young while making Dracula. The fact that he was able to convincingly play an ancient creature is a testament to both his acting and the quality of the film's makeup department.

The police sirens turn on and Gary Oldman leaves xD He had a reputation for drinking and driving back then and was not on good terms with the police so he possible fled the interview after that through the backdoor xD

Listen to that “standing by” in the first couple seconds. Now imagine Gary Oldman portraying an older Robin Williams.

Ive watched the 1931 version of Count Dracula starting Bella Lugosi he was and still is a Horror Legend of his Time playing Count Dracula I watched that movie when I was about 7 or 8 years old my parents asked me if I was going to be scared I said no but it did make me feel scared and exited at the same time because of how believable all of the people in that version of that movie were. Now just imagine you and your family trying to find something to watch on your own TV that you have in your own house. Thank goodness there was a nightlights upstairs because I was processing reverting that I saw in my own bathroom sitting on my own Toilet seat now my parents were already in bed after a while but I stayed up until 12.30 pm I finally went to bed after my parents thought that I was funny for staring up that long after watching the movie they asked me are you going to bed when the bathroom door was still closed I said yes I even started to laugh out of nowhere . I Finally went into a deep sleep after getting under my own bed sheets and let me tell you the dream that I had was as real and believable as the movie itself .The last thing I remembered I prayed and held my cross that I still have at the entrance to my bedroom that next morning thats close by my bed . Before I go any further the 1931 version of Count Dracula had no ratting's in its time but the 1992 version that actually has a ratting and the first time I saw that movie was on the TV in our house also and there was a Thunderstorm outside when we were watching it at night time that even made it more intense than what it already was. Now The 1992 version of Bram Stokers Dracula first of All its about time someone used Bram stokers name as a part of a Tittle for a movie Bram Stoker was the Irish Author who wrote one of the greatest Gothic novels of its time that still exists in the year of 1987 Dracula But anyways getting back to what I was saying The 1992 version of the movie This version of the movie has so many Different emotions in the movie itself I love that about this version of the movie

Dudes so humble. I thought he’d be crazy like most big name actors (actually kind of disappointed), but the modern Dracula? There hasn’t been anything like what he did in 1992. Maybe small productions and Dracula Untold but he really left nothing on the table

Well I think maybe Coppela maybe just likes monster movies his nephew Nick Cage does too he's the most recent Dracula I won't watch it though because it's a comedy. Some people like the Superhero genres too as does Nick and Gary apparently also did as a child I don't like them much either. I really only like Dracula and Vampire fables because I'm half Hungarian and I liked Lugosi I like the Black Mass movie too because those Vampires are actual "Vajdas".

A lot of great actors seem to come across understated with their energy in interviews, perhaps because they put so much of their energy into transforming into character under the lights. I felt this was a thoughtful interview. The emotion of his performance as Dracula surely speaks for itself.
