I too decided to not to go back to job when my son was diagnosed with autism. And the thought was I will teach him everything and help him to do everything independently. it’s been 13 years. I shifted to US and today he independently goes to school and in a transition class. You reminds me my journey with my son. I used to sit with him in class for 5 years.

Hi, it’s a brave decision to not to go back to the job. So far I have not been able to get that courage but it’s been on my head as struggling to balance full time work and follow his routine. He is 3.5 and is not diagnosed yet but autism symptoms are there initially we thought is speech delay
