What was it called when referee pulls his hand and replace again? İs it about when attack is finished by player itself without any threat from his opponent?

its an attack on preparation which means that a fencer attacks before the oponent prepares it attack, this is valid even when two lights are shown. Mainly during the start of the match when priority is not always established.
