Hi Evan, I've never heard about the term of "referral partner", it is completely new for me. I need to study it more to understand it perfectly. I just feel that it's important to make the business more passionating. Thanks a lot.

Hands down, best video for seeking referral partners. most other videos always talk about asking people you already know(i.e.-current clients). That's great for those that have clients but for those of us that are just getting started....this video is awesome. Thank you E.C. It's Thursday(3-22-2018)...I'm going to start using this Monday morning(3-26-2018) with the goal of getting my first client by April 18th.

As I feel my explanations are too scatter, hence I summarized my point as below. 1) Will there be any ‘law approach’ in forming partnership with other company? (Such as contracts) Or It is just a verbally mutual agreement to help each other out? 2) Can a sole trader business form partnership with other companies, and it still remain as a sole trader? 3) Once I form partnership with a particular company(let say graphic designers), does this mean I can never work with other companies that is also do graphic designs?

Great video Evan! Appreciate the thought of expanding networking and methods to reach out of the potential partner. I have 2 questions to ask, and please correct me if I made mistakes in my questions. As my understanding toward the word "partnership" isn't strong, I would like to know what is the phrase "forming partnership with other companies" exactly means? Let say, I have form partnership with a company, does this mean that we will need to sign a contract base on our mutual agreement, and run the business together? Or it is just verbally said that we will help each other out. The reason i asked this is because, let say I am running a family business (sole trader), so does this mean I will need to change my company to partnership company or limited liability company? Another thing is, as mentioned, I could look for company who might have the same audiences as me, so that I can easily reach out more audiences instantly instead of calling up the clients one by one. So let say, I have managed to partner with this company(who is doing graphic design), hence I am now getting more clients. Hence, I believe I can never form partnership with other companies who is also doing similar thing (graphic design) again right? The reason I asked this is because, if I could continue to form partnership with different (graphic design) companies, then I will be able to access their clients more easily. haha. Thanks!
