This recipe looks amazing. I swear when I visited Turkey, I could eat an entire dinner, be completely full, and yet the smell of food in the street would make me want to eat again. I had to really control myself.

Hello dear. I just discovered your channel, as I was looking for creative and relaxing videos "in the kitchen"". I enjoyed the few recipes of yours that I've watched so far, and I must say that I also, really appreciated the fact that you thought about vegan people, and people who do not consume sugar, although I know that Turkish cuisine includes animal products and sugars, besides being delicious :) Thanks for sharing! Merhaba Refika, I have Cypriot heritage and myYiayia (grandmother) used to make the most amazing dolmathes. I have made them using a mince/rice mixture in vine leaves, bell peppers and zucchini but I have never tried onions before because they seems too tricky. The simple way that you showed to prepare the onions was very helpful and your filling looked great. Thank you for all your tips and tricks and great recipes. Sending you love from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤
