I always try to remember that all these products that are natural have very simple ingredients and almost always the best nutrients are found in the "skin" of the plants.. so leaves, stems, bark... etc

All you need to do is ask if the products are ph balanced. If they are you shouldn't have those issues next time you get a facial. This is advance I give my clients as an esthetician.

So first she lowered the skin temperature to increase blood circulation, then she raised the skin temperature to increase blood circulation. Makes you wonder how much these aestheticians know about what they’re doing 😅

Contrasting temperatures helps with manipulating circulation especially if the skin is dull. If heat stays in the skin it can irritate you so a lot of providers use the help of cold therapy too to pull unnecessary inflammation to heal the muscles of the face and create clarity to the skin. Remember you’re not a professional and it’s okay to ask questions. You make an ass of yourself assuming things :)
