The Scotch Brite Pads we use are these Red Pads from 3M. They are great for brightening up stainless steel while putting a grain finish and removing blemishes.

I live near Tampa Florida. Very humid for most of the year. Will the welds rust over time? I am interesting in purchasing the m16 but don't want any rust on it after a couple of years sitting outside?

I would highly suggest the M16-S which is made from 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. Even though the M16-C is coated with CERAKOTE ceramic coatings, there is still a chance of have surface rust develop over time on certain areas just due to the uncertainty of completely being exposed to the elements. The M16-S is a bit more in price, but worth every penny especially since you live near the coast where salt water will damage just about anything.
