I met him when I was a kid at a NASCAR collectible store. They are so right when they say he “never met a stranger” he was so cool with me as a kid and my dad.

Underrated Nascar driver. Went to a part time schedule at the age of 40, which was considered your prime back in those days. I was too young for that though. I, like a lot of us, remember him calling races and he was just as good as that as driving a car. RIP Benny.
