So in the past 10 minutes, I've listened to Lucy's covers of Somewhere, Memory, Never Enough, and Reflection, so here is my honest appraisal of what I have heard so far. On KZbin and even in the music charts there are many talented voices, however, it is rare to find an artist where each and every word sang is clearly understood, for me, not since the wonderful Karen Carpenter of the 1970s. There is a rich natural depth in Lucy's voice, that really came through with the songs Somewhere, Memory, and Reflection. With Never Enough, although beautifully sung, I think as her voice matures the cover will become more and more amazing. Lucy, you are a wonderful rare talent that I'd like to hear a lot more of, however, if you are wanting a career you will need to find your niche in a very tough industry i.e. just having a wonderful voice may not be enough to carve out a career. What individualism can you bring that separates you from other talents - even those who are nowhere near as talented? Perhaps that is something you can think about and work towards. My comments are there to encourage you, not hinder you. In the meantime thank you for the beautiful music you have created, I wish you all the success for the future.

Lucy, for quite a while now, I really thought that Ms. Jackie Evancho has rendered the best cover of this magnificent reflective masterpiece. But you smashed it even more! And, by the sheer power of your singing, you have succeeded in making me feel the deep emotional struggles that are expressed in this powerful song. In life, understand that we have to avoid living lives that only serve to make other people like and love us. We have to find our self that makes us proud, comfortable, and truly happy with ourselves. For, if you really think hard about it, is there any other motivation in our lives, that is higher than finding true and lasting happiness? None, right? Lucy dear, I truly hope that you have already realized that our God has favored you with so much physical beauty, and a great talent, that the super large majority of your fellow human beings can only wish that they also have. You really have so much to be thankful and to be grateful for. If you haven't already done this, try expressing genuine gratitude to our God, for all His favors for you. Then notice how living in genuine gratitude is the best and fastest way to become happy, and to remain happy. There is no other equivalent way. Dearest Lucy, with God's enormous favors on you, you have so much opportunity to find that reflection about you, that you will truly love. Remember always that there is nothing about you that is hard to love. Remember too, that real and genuine success is not about getting as popular as possible. Too many big stars have taken that really hard road, only to end up unhappy and feeling like they were failures in life. Think Elvis and Whitney Houston. They are but two examples of the too many sad stories. Understand and believe that genuine success is becoming as happy as you can be with yourself, with the ones you whom you love, and with the ones who love you for the RIGHT REASONS. I am one of the people who love you, only and exclusively for the right reasons and nothing else. Wishing only the best for you my dearest Lucy. Hope to finally meet you one of these days.
