@@максимчастоедов ,but that would imply a breach of peace? Why must it be so specifically only a future for socialists?
@@nightlight0x07cc Why did the feudal lords not industrialize and fly into space? Industrialization took place already under a bourgeois society, that is, a qualitatively different society, which promised both technical and social progress. Socialism was qualitatively different from Capitalism, both in terms of the organization of production (the USSR record for industrialization in 10 years, more than one country in the world has not yet broken) and social progress the same holiday on March 8, this Soviet holiday, gender equality in the USSR began much earlier many countries. The fact that the USSR collapsed is essentially a pattern. The first countries of the new formations always collapse, the same English Bourgeois Republic existed for only 4 years in 1649-1654, but this did not prevent the capitalists from learning from their mistakes and eventually defeating the past less developed formation (feudalism), and will not prevent socialism from defeating capitalism. History does not know political and economic formations that, as a result, did not triumph and did not give way to new, more perfect ones. Socialism is a qualitatively different society from the point of view of production goals, which is not profit and social progress aimed at the gradual realization of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and for this it is necessary to destroy capitalism and unite humanity and the world means of production into a single planned economy, which in its essence differs from the market ... At the moment there are no socialist countries. What the media say about socialist countries like the DPRK, Cuba, the PRC is nothing more than fairy tales and myths, these are, at best, state capitalist countries. One of the important factors for the beginning of the Great October Socialist Revolution, in your schools it is called the Russian Revolution. there was the first world war, which began because of the crisis of overproduction, similar to which we see today, behind it will be a big and predatory war, the purpose of which will be to stabilize and strengthen its own at the expense of economies and sales markets, bringing the enemy to surrender. And all this will be at the expense of millions of lives of ordinary people, not the rich and their families, but the simple proletariat. And in your opinion, such a society is capable of fully conquering space, not launching drones and so on, namely, colonizing by dragging thousands and thousands of tons of the necessary cargo there, even the countries of the center like the United States and China, which take wealth from the periphery countries, are not capable of this. The Russian Federation is on the list of these periphery, in which deindustrialization and high dependence on foreign exports took place long ago, it is not without reason that China is the main danger for the United States, and not Russia, which has become an oil gas station in which thousands and thousands of factories have been destroyed, this decision was political Russian politicians fought against communism in Russia Thus, since Lenin during the revolution relied on the factory proletariat, there is a difference between the Russian and Soviet people. Socialism gave Russia a real golden age, and if the USSR, as the first socialist country in the world, was able to become the second economy in the world being essentially a prototype, think about what will happen if you take into account its mistakes and add to this all the best from modern scientific and technological progress, no capitalist the country will not stand next to it in terms of economic efficiency. The goal of socialism, as a result, is to unite mankind under one flag, to deprive it of exploitation and social stratification by not only victory over capitalism, but also by providing a different political and economic basis that is qualitatively different from the capitalist one. That is why the socialists are for the future and why they were the first to begin to conquer space. Because the other alternative that the capitalists offer is fascism. If you did not know Fascism and Nazism, these are capitalist phenomena that are trying to bind to Socialism in order to discredit it in the eyes of the working masses, but it was not for nothing that Hitler initially wanted to call his party Liberal. (Sorry, I don't know English, I use google translator)
@@nightlight0x07cc In fact, remember that the real left is socialist. The rest are right-wingers, like the same liberals, nationalists, Mensheviks, Trotskyists and others. The same Republicans and Democrats in the United States are also right-wing parties. How to find out, ask yourself which one of them is for private ownership of the means of production and they both will answer what, because this is an important basis of the capitalist system of the economy, and the main basis is a product whose purpose is to be sold at a price that forms surplus value, in contrast from a product in a planned economy, the purpose of which is to be simply consumed for cost. Exploitation is supported by the underpayment of real wages to workers, for part of the working wages is attributed to the bourgeois. And it turns out that the one who is for private property is for the bourgeoisie. It turns out that if a person is against private property, then he is against the interests of the bourgeoisie, then he is for the proletariat. Ask around and you will understand that only socialists essentially want to represent the interests of the working masses, and not the bourgeoisie or its stratum.

I live in south africa and just discovered this genre, i must say i fell in love immediately with the amount of emotion and feeling it provokes. Very nostalgic even though i never experienced the life of the soviet, i can really appreciate the dream and art of it all. Music really does have no language but brings us together emotionally. I prefer this to the americanized genre, somehow it just hits differently and more emotively
I'm from Brazil and even so, this music hits me in the heart somehow. It feels like it's about the daysthat never came and a general nostalgia for a time in wich we expected a lot from the future, we wondered about how far could we go and how good things would get soon, in the USSR context, of course. But also in a more personal way. Child me couldn't wait to be a paleonthologist and study dinossaurs and have a very happy life being an adult, taking care of my parents and being succesful, I miss looking into the future like this, things didn't turn out that way and the future wasn't so bright.

"Star Kings" is a fantastic novel by Edmond Hamilton, was first published in the Soviet magazine "Technique of Youth", probably in the 88th year. It was printed in parts, I had a monthly subscription, and every month I waited with hope for the continuation in the next issue of the magazine - "will they print or not? ". It was much easier with Ivan Efremov, Kir Bulychev, the Strugatsky brothers and Ray Bradbury - the free district library was at the end of my house. In the Soviet Union, many things were free and preferential - developed socialism🤷🚩 But this American science fiction has not yet been approved and printed, which was used by the publishers of the "Technique of Youth". I know they tried to enlighten us, the younger generation of pioneers-leninist. After all, we were supposed to take the baton from Gagarin, Titov, Leonov and Valentina Tereshkova. And it was necessary to interest us in space and the wonderful future of the socialist futurism of Soviet science fiction, but some Western epic could be useful in this. This novel was epic and romantic, about a great cosmic love and, of course, it was growing up. Like "The Three Musketeers, the Vicomte de Bragelonne, the Comtesse de Montsoreau, or the Count of Monte Cristo." There were few love affairs and strong teenage experiences in Soviet fiction, so Hamilton's novel was ideal for a 14-year-old teenager. It was an interesting time reading books and listening to records and radio 🤣👍

I feel like the Soviet outlook for the future (during the 80s) was much more optimistic compared to the pessimistic nature of American futurism. Theoretically it makes sense; capitalism tries to expand by consuming a limitless amount of material in a world of limited material. Even though the Soviet reality wasn't much different from this path, regarding usage of materials, the belief was still that one day they would achieve Communism.
