Even if an architect steps aside most buildings will still be built, like the one charlie munger is doing, the better way is to not step aside and be better negotiators, understand all of the points and perhaps even make it a little better then the final result. stepping aside is a bit childish.

This guy was forced out from nytimes and new yorker, ended up at vanity fair. He is almost soley responsible for the downfall of architectural criticism in the press. when I hear him speak, he is so stumbling, bumbling, lacking any real ideas or ethics, it just makes me cringe.

Dean of Parsons and winner of a PULITZER prize for distinguished criticism. in other words, im sure he has real ideas. could it be that you are just a hater? : D

I agree with you, society is changing, and views in every industry is evolving, there is going to be a new level of thinking when evolving into a new civilization, but also not everything he says is wrong.
