Hi there~ I'm glad you enjoyed the flip through😁 Sorry to hear you are yet to find your ground with the Avec, maybe the book isn't for everyone, although it is very beautiful! For me the main way to jump into the book was to have fun with it, without any boundaries or borders at first, to not put any expectations on myself😇 The rhythm then slowly arose from this practice~ good luck with your book, enjoy the process!
