Great video Jonny. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. You explained things very eloquently. You often mention your wife Carol. She sounds like an amazing person. She brings so much joy and happiness to all hose around her. It would be amazing to meet her in one of your videos one day. I don’t know if that’s her kind of thing though. You mentioned that you don’t always get the videos. I know you always try to reply. I previously enquired about your Bible and Study Bible collection. I guess it never came through. Also.... not sure if correct answer but on another site ....Many people with social anxiety find support groups helpful. In a group of people who all have social anxiety disorder, you can receive unbiased, honest feedback about how others in the group see you. This way, you can learn that your thoughts about judgment and rejection are not true or are distorted. You also can learn how others with social anxiety disorder approach and overcome the fear of social situations.
