Oh my gosh, I've always done the reflections at the start of the next week which is tricky flipping back and forth and back and forth. What a good idea to use the same spread instead. *face palm* Thanks for showing this in the Makselife planner!!!

I have kind of put myself on a schedule now that I’m back to work most of the week. So I drink 16 Oz when I get up. Then I have a 30 Oz cup. I have to drink one by lunch, one after lunch, and one on the drive home. Then, I have to drink one more around dinner time and as I’m getting ready for bed. It’s not easy but I’ve found that if I’m on a schedule, it’s easier.

@@tattooedteacherplans thanks! That makes a lot of sense. I'm finding I start the day great, but then don't drink as much after dinner because I know that will wake me up at night

Ughhh water is so hard. I average only about 48 oz a day. I may set myself a challenge in August to work on that.
