I'm an anesthetist, and I always try to speak to my patients pre-op like this, very comforting and thorough in an attempt to ease them and ensure they know I'm their advocate before I calm them with medication. I can only give what I would want. After so much giving and being tender, I feel such a strong need for another like-minded healer, like yourself, to help me recharge like this! I had terrible chronic migraines for around 6 months and had a wonderful massage for my neck/shoulders, which helped SO much. Then I had monthly massages, and now whenever i feel i need it. I also cut out caffeine completely, and that has helped loads.

If it isnt being helped then I suggest you ask your dr about Topiramate, very very few side effects everyone I know with chronic migraine who has gone on it has never had a migraine again.

I can so relate to Ellie’s experience of reflexology. It completely disarmed me, all my guards came down, I felt completely relaxed, an almost out of body experience! I think I’d be asleep pretty quickly with Victoria’s guided treatment. The most relaxing voice on the internet!

I love watching you practice & take such wonderful care of your patients. I always learn so much from you as you help me relax. I am a chronic migraine sufferer, I’ve never tried reflexology for them but I’m going to look in to it. For those with migraines, consider cutting gluten (wheat) from your diet. Drastically reduced the amount migraines I got.

Victoria I had 3 years ago a Cyst removed on my Plantar Facia. I am pain-free. After that surgery I have heel pain after working and I also have Raynauds Syndrom.

absolutely fascinated by this and loved the video it was amazing, i’ve been struggling with what feels like a trapped nerve in my back down to my hamstring and groin, i also often get a sharp pain in the side of my head which feels connected to that, i do a lot of sport to regularly and play football which quite often triggers this reacouring pain, would a treatment like this possibly be able to help my problem, hope you are well and thank you for any advice

Yes. It would look for connected issues and relieve blockages and pressure thus allowing good blood flow and renewed health. Kore therapy or massage also.

Hi. First time watching your videos. I wish i lived near you! 😢 im 50 and have M.E and now in menopause which is have a huge impact on my M.E. ive had reflexology over the years and found it hugely beneficial and thought maybe it would help with my terrible time in menopause however, ive noticed my feet have become quite painful to touch particularly on the top and arch of the foot and thought it might be too uncomfortable for me now? There are no issues with my feet at all. Ive just noticed they are tender. Do you think reflexology would be ok? Kindest regards.

The most profound thinkers are always open to the existence of the unknown. The recent discovery of the interstitium and the bridge this may present between western and Chinese medicine is a case in point.
