When I retired the first time, my gift to myself was monthly massages and/or facials. Had to stop them this year bc they got too expensive. Glad I can live vicariously through Victoria’s clients. ❤

GAWWWWD madummm Victoria! I was washing my dishes listening to the latest video on Gold & Silver prices, then THIS video just auto played. Was almost done washing these dishes, and was like "What the hell..." came to my phone and instead of turning it off and finishing the dishes. Great video! Question ❓ i love putting Citrus oil around my bed before sleeping. I'm quickly relaxing and happy &can sleep. Unlike if i put peppermint or even lavender around my bed. So im not sure what the connection of the citrus has for great sleep. Any idea 💡 Thanks

They’re fresh and mainly non contra-indicated group of oils. Lemon and lime are cleansing, bergamot anti-depressive and treats agitation, grapefruit I also use for weight loss. Bitter orange and sweet orange grounding. Mandarin brings us home. They’re all uplifting to tie senses and feelings. Normally I’d say use sparingly at night, but if they work for you, excellent. You’ve found your oils 💤
