It will be almost impossible for him to, not without sweeping reform, which thanks to Labour will be difficult to do as rules around immigration are completely intertwined with each other. Over the next 5 years, immigrants will be given amnesties and free passes under this current government, thus will legally be allowed to be here. The hard work starts once Reform, hopefully, get in.
