I always love your videos!! I had no clue what Reformation Day was, lol. My husband just finished reading Pilgrims Progress. A brother at church had him read it and my husband has never been a book reader aside from the Bible. He loved it!!! Could not put it down!! We did see the new Pilgrims Progress movie and it was amazing!! Your family will love it. I may get the MB book next school year. Thank you for another great video Mandy.

I think there’s no need to apologize for your beliefs. It’s understandable that people don’t understand the concept of it, but for those who have strong opinions about it, I think it’s better to just smile and move on. You have a wonderful practice and beliefs and in my own opinion, it’s much more fun! 😊

So refreshing. We don’t do Halloween either and we just never thought to celebrate Reformation Day. We will be doing that this year for sure! By the way I’m a new subscriber and enjoy all of your content. Our entire church is reading through The Pilgrim's Progress. I'm having a hard time finding a good version. I ordered one off of Amazon, but it ended up being in old English. I need to find a good version. Which version of the chapter book do you have?

I haven't found one that isn't in old english. Some things can be a little hard to understand, I totally get that. We're using the Masterbooks version, and we got the Audio CDs and we found that to be really helpful with understanding it. You can find it over in the bible section at Masterbooks.com

the pilgrims progress (edited by C.J Lovik and illustrated by Mike Wimmer) by Crossway is great!! (not old English...easy to read) a great kid version especially for young ones is: Little Pilgrims Big Journey by Tyler Van Halteren (published by Lithos Kids) AMAZING!!! my kids LOVE it and there is a summary and review after each chapter!
