I found this to be too advanced and not enough time for transitions to box, etc. But, really appreciate these videos.

This was wonderful. I was shaking on those planks! Wishing I had a box for the last few movements but this was enough of a challenge without adding those in. Thank you!

Question. I do not have handles. Would using the smaller loops be equivalent? Also, once you switch the handles to loops, is that loop equivalent to the small or large loops? Enjoyed the workout!

The small loops are basically using the handles. It should be the same distance.
