Warrior Priests can lorewise use any weapon they want, as long as it’s a hammer.

Exactly, warrior priests can use any steam tank, any plane, any gun or longbow... as long as it looks like warhammer, is warhammer sized and you can use it to pummel enemies in close combat.

Warrior priests generally wade into the melee or stick to the back lines and cast support magic but they can also use Shields one-handed or two-handed hammers and stuff along that lines they can also ride horses though none ride demigriffs or Griffins, but there is room for some variance and what the build can be but generally this is going to be a big melee guy Also I saw someone else mention it but Byron will have to shave his head as a sign of his purity and Devotion to Sigmar

FOR SIGMAR! Warrior Priests are awesome at higher clan tiers. Not only that, but you don't need to get ranged weapons once you get divine comet.

Ahh.. Warrior Priests. Caretakers and custodies of the shrines devoted to Sigmar :). U know they are usualy quite friendly folk, doing alot of charity work. From giveing warm clothes, food, shelter, and best gift of them all. Blessing of the Sigmar. But they do also bash skull in for anyone who dares to raid or Sigmar forbid desecrate these holy shrines. Go Byron! Spread good word of Sigmar and let your hammer bring Sigmars wrath above those filthy heretics >:) Edit: Oh and unfortunetly.. You have to shave that hair someday :/. Warrior Priests are bald.

The Imperial mage is the most powerful career option in the mod, it shines at clan tier 4. You have access to guns for you and your companions, have access to cannons and the most important you can recharge winds of magic in combat for you and your mages companions, also you can have 5 more companions When playing Imperial mage strategy is simple, as soon as you can hire bright mage and buy the blast spell sear, and lock it to use only this spell, it can be done immediately, you just need to reset spellcraft at arena at clan tier 4 you can take any fortress just by recharging their mana, and few bright wizard will burn everything outside of walls, no need for assault

It would be so cool if you could check out all the Regiments of Renown (marked by "RoR" on a settlement) for the Empire and find some that are ready to crusade for the glory of Sigmar :) really enjoy the Old Realms series!

Hey, great video! I have just one question, did you use any mods for the AI? Because during the battles their behavior seems different from vanilla (archers retreating behind infantry, people less aggressive, shields using, and combat more tactical in general) or is it just the Old Realms mod?

while warrior priests usually fight on foot they can use warhorses as well :) so you can be flexible with your army/build if you want

also white wolves would be quite good for the army as they are hammer cavalry, they worship ulric but so did sigmar so theres really not any bad blood between the 2 gods faithful. you could pick up some knights of morr too maybe if you want to create an army of faithful guys lol.

Most warrior priest weapons are two handed and when you cast healing hand you have to stand in the gray mist to heal yourself

You'd be better off casting the heal once your troops actually get into melee. It is cast as an aoe on the ground that you have to stand in to actually heal.

Really? Oh that's uncomfortable. I thought it was a buff that was applied to the troops, it seemed to continue healing me even as I moved but perhaps I was wrong!

@@ReformistTM It'll last for one extra tick after you leave the area of the heal I believe. Genuinely worse than all healing spells in the game because they are a buff.

I assume it's 9s because you get a healing tick immediately and if it was 10s, you'd get 6 ticks instead of 5.

Don't see why you can't recruit a few gunners I know infantry are the majority of what you intended to recruit but they still need ranged or mobile support and on that note outriders are the best cavalry I've ever recruited it may also be a boon to you to equip a rifle

Is there a special way to install this mod? I tried just subscribing to all the necessary mod needed for it on steam and it just make my cpu go to 100% and then crash.

Do you load the mods in correct order? Are you 100% sure you got all mods needed? And removed mods that perhaps dont work on mod? And it always takes a long time to start up the first time. When you finally get to the main screen, run ‘Build Chache’. After that your all good to play.

I was thinking what is the Flagellants are good for they seemed very useless until I read about thim they're literally used as meet shield sense they want to die for Sigmar either to atone for previous sin or simple fanaticism.
