Refractory Plastic Construction Process

Forced mixers that have just mixed acidic, alkaline, and light refractory materials need to be cleaned up

The temperature of the plastic construction site should be controlled between 10 degrees and 30 degrees, and the humidity should be less than 75%. When the temperature is lower than 10 degrees in winter, heat preservation measures should be taken. When the temperature is higher than 30 degrees in summer, the amount should be reduced. Accelerator, take waterproof measures during rainy season construction
The mixed plastic must be used up within forty minutes. It is strictly forbidden to add phosphoric acid glue twice. The refractory material after the initial setting cannot be reused.
Before ramming materials by hand, apply 0.5 to 2 mm asphalt paint on the heat-resistant grab nails
