Hi, as per me the answer is A, Because the spare Life Jackets are kept on bridge and Engine room for the watch keepers and this is as per the ships LSA plan so those are not an additional but an spare. Additional life Jacket i would consider means extra above the plan and are in compliance with the SOLAS and flag state administration. SO the answer will be "A" hope it make sense...
