Here’s a refreshing side dish na surely mapapakain ka! Try our very #SIMPOL version of ensaladang ampalaya with labanos!
Ingredients:
* 1pc big Ampalaya
* 1pc big Labanos
* 1pc Onion
* 3pcs tomato
* Salt & Pepper to taste
* 1cup vinegar
* 1 cup fish sauce
* 3tbsp white sugar

Nagburo ako ng manga,pero bitin pa sa ibang lasa, at siguro I’ll try that ampalaya at daikon mixed for my new binuro, at para colorful I will also add carrot 🥕 sa pangalawang timpla, para malaman Kung ok ang mga lasa.

Chef, 1 cup po ba tlga ng fish sauce? I tried this recipe and started with 1/2 cup fish sauce pero sobrang alat na po. I have to double the vinegar para mabawasan ang alat and added more sugar. 1 cup po tlga or nagka typo error lang?

May suka po iyan. As loong as maganda ang ppag kaka. Stock malinis na jar at maganda ang pag kakatakip. Its take took a yr po.. Parang atsyaharang papaya lang po natagal din sory po naki sagot po
