I had a sb 210 that did not go into hi-speed cool when precooling so I grabbed some needle nose pliers and reattached the throttle linkage and it worked. If your defrost drain hoses are plugged pull the fittings off the bottom of the hoses and pound on them with your hands. Dont ask about codes. Some are easy to clear and some need a micanic to clear

I appreciate the video. It really didn't show me anything real important, like check oil,how to fill it, how not to over fill. What type or grade of oil. 15/40 will that work? Hopefully you will be more thorough on the next one.
@raymondreiff81702 жыл бұрын
In very Hot location's I would probably run 15-40 But we run all of ours with 5-30, Also as far as the freon level goes if you have a Thermo King unit with it running in high cool the stainless steel ball should be floating in the receiver window if not it's probably low, With most units nowadays in high cool like the guy says go to gauges in your Controller and watch the suction pressure's wide open cooling should not be running a -PSI more like 20-30 depending on ambient temperature also all Compressors have a oil sight glass at least I haven't seen one without, You should be able to see oil just to the bottom of the glass but not over. You have to reclaim the freon to properly add oil to a compressor also most units have a tag stating what oil to use, Because it's different depending on if it's a Screw or piston compressor most new ones I see now are 4 cylinder piston Compressors. Hope this helps

how do I configure the computer screen to deceile that from a single compartment, when it tries to start, it enters alarm 2, when your device is reset by the master swchit automatically the engine falls into a fault high pressure alarm 2 I repeat this device It was double compartment and they eliminated that function and they turned it into a single compartment. Something else tells me that when the trailer falls into a pothole the team stops and then starts again

the chutes aren't put up with Velcro, they're riveted. and you forgot to mention to run a pretrip as well as do a visual inspection, BEFORE, loading, not at the dock being loaded. seen it too many times where guys load a trailer before running a pretrip.

Thanks for the feedback, Nick. We appreciate any and all helpful tips for truck drivers! We create our videos primarily to help our own fleet and drivers, but we do post them publicly in the hope they can help others too. Our reefer trailers are primarily equipped with Velcro chutes, hence the reference.
@markm00005 жыл бұрын
If you’re using the same trailer you only need to do a complete pretrip once every other week. Otherwise just checking the chute for cuts as you open the doors is good enough. The units have sensors for low coolant, oil, battery, and a million other things.

yes excellent pretrip but doing a pretrip that good would mean the stupid dispatcher would cry cuz the driver is taking to long to pretrip and the dispachers google delivery time would be off. I say this just cuz to pretrip a truck and trailer should take half an hour at least but seems the scheduling these days stupid dispachers make everyone is in too much of a rush.
