Thank you very much for your kindness. I love Canada because of its great people. Haters and racist people are everywhere I really feel sorry for them. I wish for this country all the best. And I am doing my best to make this Nation better by working, volunteering, and trying to spread love and kindness as a gratitude for Canada. Peace

First I am not Syrian you are just assuming and people like you do that all the time. Second, This planet is for everybody this is how god created it. Third, I came here as an immigrant because I am educated and have a high degree and Canada needs people like me. So I am Canadian by choice and I am proud of that. Maybe if you spend less time spreading your ignorance and showing people how pathetic and narrow-minded you are and spend more time on developing this country and paying more taxes then Canada will not need to bring more immigrants. I am proud of what Canada did to Syrian people not because I am Syrian but because I stand with anyone in need and respect any act of kindness. I hope you educate your self more and have the courage to accept other people. Peace ;)

As a Canadian I feel grateful to be in a country that is able to help others in need. The family in this video appear to be trying to fit in and integrate into our culture (which is very different from theirs). It warms my heart to see them receiving gratitude and love from my fellow Canadians. But I have to ask the Canadian government: where did we get *2 BILLION dollars* to give to 40,000 families for ONLY 1 year (each refugee family was given $3600/mth for the first year in Canada)?!?!?!?!?

***** You shouldn't paint the whole of one religion, millions upon millions of people, with the same brush. You are right that the cultures of some middle eastern countries are what we would call "backwards" in some respects. Liberal use of the death penalty comes to mind as an example. Lack of respect for women is another. But to say ALL Muslims are violent and crazy is just as insane. I realize there is corruption in the world and I realize that the photo ops our PM has with refugees are calculated, as is the way with all politicians. However, bringing in some refugees/immigrants from around this world isn't a negative thing, as our population cannot grow or even sustain without them. Unless you are First Nations, your family were once immigrants too. xD As for Marxism... "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs." That seems a noble goal.
@MsVeggieEater9 жыл бұрын
***** Howdy! I think we should probably agree to disagree here, since its clear we have completely opposite views. I will say that your view on the sovereign rights of indigenous peoples exemplifies our differences in opinion. I don't believe that the Americas and Australia were terra nullius, what with having people in them. xD But considering you called them "cavemen" I don't think I can convince you otherwise. Being a vegetarian, I've learnt long ago that you can't convince people to see your view when they are dead set against them. :-) Have a good day. :-)

Canada's and all the provinces agenda protocols could be to subsidize DAYCARES, like Quebec is doing, to assist and support our own cultures first, and not dozens of other different and challenging other cultures. I heard a female immigrant/refugee yesterday saying how different their culture was from the Canada today. She said that she's coming from a big family and actually that is normal in her culture to have 9 to 12 kids. So you can imagine that once they come to Canada, many don't want to change their cultural habits. That's why i say to the government, my gov, to subsidize the already existing culktures here first, English, French, and Indigenous. Especially First Nations.
