This is ridiculously lax. Basically anyone can come here, it doesn't matter if you're from a war zone or not because if you're a Muslim, all you need to say is that you are being persecuted as an apostate. Of you are African, all you need say is that you are a member of a persecuted tribe or that you oppose the leader.
