For running windows 11 lag free, you need 12th gen system. Don't be fooled by refurbished PCs. You can find i3 12th gen laptop for 26k on festival sale. Don't waste 10-15k on old gen PCs.

These PCs do not come with a Microphone Input, only a Headphone-Out and Line-in. You can buy a USB Soundcard for Rs.150 onwards to create a Mic-in port. Some of these come with a Mini PCI WiFi card and others come with a cheap USB dongle. You can purchase a good quality USB Wi-Fi dongle (like TP-Link) to get very good WiFi connectivity to your router. All solid-state storage is called SSD (Solid State Drive); only the interface changes. You got a SSD with NVME interface, others may get SATA interface. It does not make much difference in day to day work - only a few seconds difference in program launching. Overall these PCs are very good deal. They are well built, work without any issues for years, and also come with licensed Microsoft Windows (Rs. 9K value).

I have a Dell PC like yours, same configuration, in which I am running Proxmox which is hosting 3 Virtual Machines and a File-server. The virtual machines are acting as Tally Server, Tally +ERP clients and my office staff can login from home or anywhere and work as if they are logged into a office computer. The computer is lying inside a DVR rack, which is outside in a balcony. I take the PC out of the cabinet once every month and use a blower to clean up the dust. No issues so far.

If Windows 11 is your target OS, you require at least 8th gen Intel for official Microsoft support. If you're comfortable with computers, you already know you can install Windows 10 or 11 IOT LTSC that performs better on older hardware. Old hardware and unrealistic expectations isn't a scam. Not getting what you pay for is a scam.
