For large scale refurbishing Laird TPCM7250 is a great cost effective option. Don't know about it's availability over there but here it costs around 30€ for a 9 by 9 inch - 228mm by 228mm sheet. I cut it around 75% of the die size because 90% of the material melts and spreads over the edges, also it is reusable by picking up the pieces and placing them on the middle of the chip. It flows out very fast.
