Joey goes over Rega's line of Loudspeakers. Most likely due to Rega's turntable dominance The RX1, RX3, and RX5 are often overlooked. Joey details why these sleepers are as thought out, and musical as their turntable counterparts. Ask us about drop shipping to get yourself a pair delivered right to your door. Good job introducing the RX line to us Joey. I've been enjoying hi fi for the last 35+ years, owning quite a few types of speakers. Like ribbons, electrostats and dynamic cone driven speakers of course. Out of all the speakers I've played my music on, my RX-5s are the best soundstagers I've yet heard. Especially since I bought a Black Ice Audio, Fusion F-22, EL34 driven vacuum tube integrated amp. These RXs are pretty darn revealing speakers. They put out what's in the recording. So system matching is especially important. Once matched with a good quality, tuneful subwoofer, these things just open up and sing. Absolutely no regrets getting these mini-towers. Go Rega!

I bought a set of used R5's a while ago. Got them for a very fair price. Rounds off my full Rega system and sounds so very nice. Non-fatiguing, engaging and well-rounded sound to my ears. Plan to keep them for as long as they can play and if I need to replace them I will look for RS5's or RX5's.

Rega deserve more recognition for their speakers. Easy to drive and highly compatible. Timing is the fundamental musical connection that gets you moving and Rega get that. If you haven't already, try RX5's with a good SET amp and give them the space to fully express themselves. With just a handful of watts they can produce magic way beyond their price point.

@@Dreamonoids i think its sad how "mid-ranger" get influenced by product placement. listening to the rega is really listening to music , listending to the ls50 is listening to a loudspeaker... in a bathtub. ok there is a price difference but if the quality difference would not be that absurd dramatic i would not say anything. the Rega could need a more overall concept , but maybe that would make them less interesting to be honest .. i guess there speakers out there what have it all but that would be the upper 8k mark.
