@@zatannavolkoff No I'm being serious where I got my account back How I wrote my second one was clear and to the point I told them that I was convinced to change the email of my account, and gave my Discord ID as well as told them if they needed any info, to let me know. About a couple minutes later, they reverted my email. I guess the most important thing is to make sure you're making the support ticket with the same email you originally made your discord account with.

Someone told me they spam reported my account by mistake because they thought someone recreated my account or sth. they had me contact this discord support guy- to help me get the reports off my acc. but he had me change my email and logged me out and hacked me and I thought is was one of my friends who told me to contact him- my account is hacked and I'm scared- I sent in a ticket but idk what else to do this never happened before and I don't have access to my discord account at all Update: I made several tickets to Discord and had eventually gotten my account back- the only issue is that I lost everything- all of my servers- and especially my most important server where it was private and just me sending things and using it as my own gallery for art and many other things

@@roxyisart literally did this, got emails confirming ownership of the account back to 2016. Discord support is absolute trash and does NOTHING to help. Every single ticket i create gets zero response followed by Clydebot shutting down the ticket due to "lack of response". The exception being 1 one of the 4 tickets i made getting the response "sorry this email isnt registered to that account, we cant help you" its amazing how something as big as discord, has such an incompetent support team that for some reason their system is so poorly designed somebody can change your email adress without your permission, and without notifying the owner, and changing that email also makes it impossible to help retrieve the account, despite having emails dating 8 years back in time as proof. sigh.

I was hacked on the 9th with someone trying to have me test out a game, I have finally got ahold of my e-mail that I signed up onto the account with tho... now I have to wait to see if the support will do anything. From what I was told if someone closes the ticket, one of two things could be happening, the hacker is able to mess with the ticket since your e-mail is probably pinging them and they still can log into the account. That or like I almost did, there is a pop up that asks if you're issue has been solved, I almost clicked yes and that would of closed the ticket right away, so not sure if there was a miss click or something that happened. Also hopefully there is no virus/trojan or something on your pc that is watching you, so then they close the ticket asap. Tho one other guess since someone spammed the support, that the tickets auto close now, so the hacker might of been spamming support tickets to slow you down.
