Luigi uptilt has huge kill potential as evidenced by the second set. I think Luugi could benefit from using uptilt more as a neutral anti-air tool as well. Also.. Luigi can waveland to the top platform of battlefield using only a full hop if you time it right. I think that would have been useful for a few situations in this match
