Hey, Jim Cramer, one good advise : don't look for tabs everytime you wanna learn something, try to figure it out by ear and by looking at the hands. If you don't find anything, then you can search some tabs. It will develop your ears, help you a lot to progress and to know your neck, and you'll get automatisms in your playing, so good luck and work hard ! ;)

I feel that when I play along to him I can make so much music by just playing around his rhythms. I just stop playing and realise that "wow, this is the wailers!" Amazing!

I like the barre chord he uses based on the open C where he bridges it up. Also that he keeps his wrist on his picking hand moving in time, so he can play all those little flourishes off the main "chuck" in perfect timing with the music. Very important!

Wow, funny how the 7th fret voicing G at 4:18 sounds so similar to the 7th fret minor B (the 6th chord of the G scale)
