David later worked with Van Mccoy alot. Also rick james wrote a couple of David ruffin songs during his brief (2nd) stint at motown in the early 70s. Typically 60s/early 70s motown artist didn't write their own material

I heard Dr. Dre was gay long before I heard any rumors about it. I used to work for the phone company and one of the accounts on my route was a nice apartment building in studio City. The manager of the apartment building told me that a lot of gay people live in this building and that Dr. Dre always comes here at night and leaves early in the morning. Bruce's book is essentially Dre's story from the perspective of the right hand man. It's a pretty good read. He doesn't really touch on the gay rumors too much but talks about the falling out at Death Row, saying Mich'elle at one point set him up to get jumped by Death Row people after she acted cool with him, and goes in detail about the Game beef with G-Unit and other stories. Basically said he quit working for Dre because he got stuck house-sitting his wife or something.
