There are multiple differences in the cases besides skin color. The Abercrombie guy hasn't been caught intimidating,harrassing, and threatening witnesses on the outside or from jail. Diddy has done this even from INSIDE jail, so what is he gonna do being back out? We also know he puts hits on people (the lady he allegedly shot in the face at the nightclub). She said the feds moved her because of the threat of a bag on her head. We have also seen the video of him beating Cassie, showing his violence. These are things we have not seen or heard of with the Abercrombie man. Diddy has proven himself to be a danger and violent, and he is a flight risk. If he gets bail, all that proves is the judge can be bought, and that people with money, the same rules don't apply to them as poorer people.

I wish people would see that trafficking charges in the US are generally BS. It’s just an inflammatory charge that they know will get an emotional reaction out of people that they use to police sex. They call it trafficking when it’s adults doing a favor for a favor, which shouldn’t be illegal in the first place because it should be for the individual to decide, not the government, and it’s not illegal as long as they film it and call it adult entertainment. Have you seen some of the stuff that happens in some of this adult entertainment? That’s legal but a favor for a favor outside of that is not? It’s absurd.
