All that fuss about taking photos of a barrier because it's a security issue but no criminal is going to stop to open it. They'll either hit it with a vehicle and it'll snap like a twig or if they're on foot they could jump the 2 feet high wall or walk through the 3 feet wide gap at the pivot end of the barrier. I liked the Chinese chap taking photos of the lanterns and talking about the CNY and the animals. I was born in a monkey year which is a great fit for me because I'm a bit of a cheeky monkey

It just baffles me that these security people make such a big deal about people taking pictures of a building in a obviously very public place that has people constantly walking around it with no barriers restricting any area apart from barriers on a parking area. We seem to live a increasingly suspicious society where scrutinisation is getting more apparent. The fella offering the blind guy a leaflet just about tops it all, absolutely priceless.
