Not to mention how Tera Dragon makes it even more of a dragon nuke If it keeps Scale Shot or relearns it from some later DLC it's going to be a terror then with Loaded Dice giving it a base 100-125 power dragon move that patches it's speed stat up more every turn

These two were designed around having incredibly strong stab with little coverage options. Giving him coverage seems counter intuitive, but it’s not like Regieleki, where giving him ice beam would be madness. This is a good change that makes sense. It’s not inherently overpowered since it’s still somewhat slow, especially in comparison to OU post-home.

So this ability stacks on top of the STAB? that sounds insane, a 120 base outrage becomes 180 due to stab, and it's going off 150 attack due to the ability. According to some quick math that's over double the damage (12,000 vs 27,000).
