This just show how much George change ever since they had Beethoven and considering the evil woman Regina took the puppies from his own children *who took care of them when she took missy away despite the puppies not being old enough to eat on their own. And I know the lady Regina doesn’t care for the puppies because •before she was aware of how much value money of purebred are, she didn’t care of the puppies and was willing to let them die by drowning •even if she was going to sell the puppies to get the money, she would’ve likely mistreat or neglect the puppies along with the mom ultimately making the dogs very sick and possibly die from neglect and bad condition* He know how much this means for his kids to get those puppies back
