This song just brought me to tears again. She's like telling the whole class(us) to learn to forgive , to love, to say sorry. The world could be so much better if we really practised these things. Maybe Love & Forgiveness =Incurable Humanist

@@Just_Jelle Not trying to snob out but I do think the earlier ones are better. In weird new KZbin reality, it's still more and less the reality of 2002, with "commercial" music and also great art. Regina sees a proper band and clean vocals = some mainstream pull, yet the dirtiest shit is my favorite (no band, insane vocals,) but does my opinion help her? Not really. What should she do? I dunno. Maybe get a killer violin guy in 2005?
@AlaastChen Жыл бұрын
@@gibberconfirm166 I agree, there's a certain indelible bootleg charm to her earlier works all the world's best studio equipment can't capture!

I was so happy there was FINALLY a studio version and yet I still come back to this one more. The drums are a smidge overkill and the slight edits in the second half (the best part) makes the song shorter but I miss them. Oh well, more eyes on her is always welcome. Also she flexes really hard on the mamaology part in the studio version, which is her right lol
@blueoctoberluver15 жыл бұрын
This song, it stands in a class of its own in my opinion. Her music is so diverse and can take so many forms, but this song, it is simply one of a kind. She is so amazingly unique in her music, and this is one of the greatest in my opinion of all her songs. I would study Loveology if she taught the class. Regina is queen. All Hail.

She has so many songs she's sang once or twice back then and theres not much hope to hear em live :( But we are experiencing new ones like "ballad of a politician" and "Ink Stains" and we are blessed to have super old recordings like the demo tape and others like "Oh! Marcello". Someone at one of her shows yelled for her to play December and she said it was too old....

At one of her shows last year in NYC, several from the audience (present company included) called out to her for "Loveology" when she was on stage with her husband Jack for a song. Jack replied "I don't know how to play that song". I'm hoping that Regina will one day relearn that song from the recordings here on KZbin and elsewhere as she has done for other ones of hers. I guarantee so many people will rejoice and go wild over that. I know I would. vimeo dot com/34929678
