I thank you.I’ve been wanted to make this deck(Tenpai) for a while and never really liked the pure/basic decks. I’m a dragon man myself so seeing you put this amazing twist on the basic tenpai strat is genius. After I saw you on that deck reveal video I ordered my cards immediately. This video has also helped me out because I didn’t know how to combo with tenpai by itself yet alone the buster added on. Thank you for the inspiration and keep show the world that Dragons rule

This is by far the far the coldest tempai build I have seen on KZbin . Wit the new banlist do you have an updated version ? I play a similar build currently but I’m running double Buster blader fusion and double Buster dragon ..? Any thoughts on furthering the ceiling without investing in the mulchummy cards ?

@@Draeguy played bad round 1 and 2 both against fiend smith snake eye kash but went to a new locals since im out of town so i was nervous cause havent played this deck before but I went 3-1-1 in a case tournament for mega tins we had 28 players and top cut 4 and i got 5th place lol so close but the deck is insane

At 6:39 buster dragon didn't leave the field even thoe it was the second turn it was out? Is it because it got cannoned or what? I'm a little confused there. Also thank you for uploading this because I wanted to know how you would do certain interactions.

@@HeeroYuie91 you are correct! Since it was flipped summoned, it no longer is connected to the previous summon conditions. That’s why I did it in the end phase knowing my end wasn’t the most optimal, but I needed one more turn of the lock. And you’re welcome, I tried to keep different duels that showed different situations and thought process. For example, if I knew trap tracks was my only win condition to get to buster lock, I wouldn’t summon Hieratic Seals fearing if ash stopped me from getting a monster I lose. So I’d opt to leave two dragons on field that are still threatening.

@@Guy-yo1he all great questions; let me start with the first one: 1. It last two turns, on the off chance you can’t finish them on your turn with the Tenpai cards, you can summon S:P little night with the two of them. 2. The grave effect of memories is a “card effect”, not an “card activation”. So in short if I have a bunch of grave effects of traps, they aren’t being activated face up, I’m simply using an effect in the grave. Memories activated field effect is to discard a DS card to summon buster from deck. Hopefully that clears it up. It’s like transaction roll back in labrynth decks

I believe because he didn’t have any droplet sending for cost cards left, so it was a now or never scenario. Especially since if he atks in the battle phase my fadra gets his effect as well and I’ll synchro to 10 before he gets a chance.

I played this at the seattle regional and against the top decks it is cracked. Against rogue, you lose pretty quick.

All good, it’s an expensive card. Weighbridge is a great alternative, but cards like book of eclipse or adding ash blossom would also work. As long as you have imperm and the buster trap, you’ll be fine. Daruma was a backup just in case the buster lock wouldn’t work

I love this list so much i ordered all the cards built it and tryed it out on saturday it did not performm well for me however im not gonna give up as i know i need mostly more experience with it lol id love to see another video like this but with you forced to go second in a established board as im relally unsure as to what to do in those circumstances lol

I got you, give me a few days and I’ll show scenarios where I had to go second. The deck is more of a control then strike version of Tenpai, so it takes a while to get used to not trying to win asap. Haha
