I have a question about the Access Code. How do we get that access code as a dealer?

Great Question! When you log into KFS, on the top right hand side is the Administration menu. Click in and select groups. Click on the group and highlight it. On the right hand side you will see a circle with an "i" in it. Click on that and you will have the group identifiers including the access code. Using this code will allow you to add a device to that group. We suggest building a group for each client and a subgroup for each building location for that client. The access code should be done at the main group level.

He's using VNC Viewer its a free program and from there is just rdp into the copier
