I agree with Councilman Council the business landscape needs to be evaluated. There shouldn’t be a bodega, variety store, and Chinese restaurant rights next to each other and nothing else. The city should be encouraging entrepreneurship and providing subsidies to aid with that along with abatements.

One thing we, residents at Georgia King Village know for real is Slumlord LM and their cohorts NEVER CARED and Never will. I advise their stakeholders to pay attention to these Council Meetings and Google News articles regarding Georgia King Village, Newark, NJ. No lies from residents. LM are liars. Gee Cureton
