Why are you not talking about life style inflation that investments are just a savings it won’t grow, 1.6 crores become 25 lakhs value after 25 years Can you retire with that amount today? Then capital gain taxation. I think India would be the top tax collector countries in over all world😂 with minimum benefits on that time.

it is discussed in the video ( real life scenerios section), this SWP just gives partial retirement, you should work on something else if you're lifestyle is getting inflated. this is just a safety net for a regular cash flow, and for capital gains Lets hope for the best 🤞, if per capita income increases then we might see some changes as discussed in the end of the video.

​@@neeraj1364 Long term capital gains tax is calculated for a year i.e. 60,000x12 = 7,20,000. 7,20,000-1,25,000(tax exemption) = 5,95,000. For this 5,95,000, 12.5% LTCG tax = 595000×(12.5÷100)= 74,375 per year. This calculation is based on the recent 2024 Govt budget it may vary in future.
