the animations are so stellar in Gotham Knights, i just wish the combat itself was similar to Arkham, i miss the counter so much.

I have to agree. I adore the Arkham series and this could’ve been fantastic. Not to mention Robin here has some awesome animations and takedowns. The one where he uses his own bodyweight to slam the guy head into the wall, knocking them out? That’s just cleaver. And clearly an animation that hasn’t been done before. Another one of my favorites is red hood with his brutal grappling style. Jason could body slam you so hard that You felt like you just got piled dried into the ground by gorilla Grod.

@@RegularElectronicAthlete I have to agree here. Some of these animations are so clever. One of my favorites is the one where he takes out one of the pig guys by wrapping himself around the guys head and using his legs and momentum to slide underneath the guy and dropkick his gym into orbit. Chill music and good night sweet prince. Big guy out cold. Badass

I honestly would have kept his design from the Arkham Knight, where he actually looks like a grown man and not a skinny teenager.
