I don't live in LA unfortunately but Sigils as a fellow San Antonio native, I can confidently say that Cosa Nostra (the location is somewhere on Huebner Rd.) is some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. It has a thin crust, non-acidic tomato sauce, perfectly salty cheese, delicious seasoning, and the pizzas there are NOT overly greasy. Owners have been vegan for a while, but it is not a vegan restaurant. They offer everything from vegan options to meaty ones and their slices are enormous. My recs are the Margherita, the cheese, and the meat lovers' (my dad eats meat and says it's delicious) so if you're visiting town, maybe you would consider swinging by. Also, Project Pollo and Earth Burger are vegetarian fast-food restaurants. Both are delicious but Earth Burger is vegan burgers and Project Pollo is vegan chicken sandwiches. Both are from Texas but if anyone is around, those are good to try.
