Regulator Rectifier fluctuating AC Voltage ko 12 वोल्ट DC output में convert करता है।,,,आपके स्थिति में ऐसा नहीं हो रहा,तो वह खराब हो सकता है।

I have tested the output voltage from rectifier without connecting battery (Battery removed ) , It shows only 2v to 3v at max rev.. of engine. Is it okay with that or it should give higher than the nominal voltage of battery ( 12.7V) to charge the battery? Is there anything that I have missed here !!

Even without connecting battery rectifier must output not below than DC 12 volt for countinious charge of Battery.

@@WorkingConcept I had measured on Yamaha ray z ( one of my friends scooter), it shows 14 volt as you said, but in my scooter ( Honda dio) it shows 3v at max rev. Is it possible to have some feedback system that cut off the voltage when battery is disconnected on my scooter?
