Seven years sober but love this song cause it was the craziness of my life long ago. Drank daily for 14 years until I crashed my car and injured two people. Got three years for aggravated vehicular assault. Haven’t drank since that day. Actually been 10 years since my last drink but I only count my free time as sober time. If you’re living like this please get help. The price you pay for it is very high. Edit: Today marks 11 years of free world sobriety for me. Thank you for your comments and encouragement. If you are struggling sobriety is possible and well worth the effort. I wish everyone the best.

Look at & listen to the songs that are in suggested videos after this one, or down below while it's playing. That's what I like to do. Most of the time when I pull up an old song that I used to listen to back in the day, 99.999% I will find another 20-30+ songs that I absolutely love, or a bunch of songs that are nostalgic AF, but I had almost completely forgot about them, and then there they'll be, right there in the suggested videos lol! In fact, that's actually how I built my entire Playlist! LOL! I'm forreal. Because it suggests songs/videos that were also searched for, or that were also listened to by the same people who listened to, or searched for this one... ya know what I mean? So it'll be like here, -people who liked this song, also liked all of these songs as well....Or, here are a few songs that were also popular at the time this song was popular. Or it might suggested songs often get mistaken for each other, or songs that sound similar or have the same words or topics, or they're about similar situations, or even just songs that come from the same genre. The "suggested videos for you" section is one of my favorite features about KZbin.

My first group opened for Rehab 7-8 years ago and was a blast! We did small venues for the most, but then one night in GA there was an outdoor Bash and was an ocean of ppl. I was SO nervous - but the boys of Rehab ALL sat me down, and we all got “relaxed” on some cool refreshments, lol, and it became the start of a GREAT career. I kept playing, playing with 2 bands, until I lucked up and found the band for my career I won’t mention bc this is about REHAB!!! I play bass, keys, the piano, and do some lead vocals, BUT I owe it ALL to REHAB, who took their own time out to instill some confidence into me. I Love ya, my Brothers 4 Life! G.Loc.

R.I.P to my homie passed away about a month ago Cenon Cee Auguilera in 2020 he introduced me to this song when we worked at a bar called Stagedoor in Vegas. Back then I wasnt really into the song but 4 yrs later found this song again and it reminded me of the good ol days workin in the bar and gettin drunk after workin the graveyard shift all night . Damn I wish I had a time machine.

I never heard this song before last year (not the normal tune of a 50yr old white guy!). Recently Played this in my local bar on that million song jukebox...about 90% of the bar came to life... Seems everyone but me knew this song. And the video (Larry Wilcox as the cop) makes me smile every time. That and Trejo...epic. My kids call it the "one cool song Daddy likes" and they are not even 10 yet. More than a thumbs up...

My buddy Brian used to play this shit when we used to get drunk as teenagers. He passed away back in 2020. I really miss him and the rest of the boys. Rest in Peace bro. Cedar street for life ❤️

This song fr hits deeper then you know... Not usually a fan of country or whatever you'd call this, but this is a masterpiece. Absolutely captures how I've felt on multiple occasions. Every time I did it to myself, and would know the cops were coming. I'd sit there with a bottle sipping away

@Stephanie-hv1nu7 жыл бұрын
actually there are 2 versions bc reHab was formed by Brooks Buford and Danny Boon. When they split Danny boon kept the reHab name and redid the song. Brooks Buford became a solo artist.

Great song! I used this song in a class for suicide awareness I played the role of the singer as someone was talking me out of my actions and they had no idea of the lyrics. Some of my classmates knew of the song and started laughing but the message went through and saw the destructive behavior. Great song
