Which turbine gives more work output 1) high pressure turbine or 2) low pressure turbine.

We cannot comment on work output only on behalf of pressure alone because compressor work also gets increased for a high-pressure turbine, but yes if regeneration is employed in a cycle it will increase the work output due to increase in exergy of the compressed air at the inlet of the combustion chamber. I hope the doubt is clear.
