Honestly I'm pretty sure Rei cares about Usagi more than anyone and more than she'd like to admit lmao. These scenes show her remembering Usagi and them being their cute selves annoying each other and bickering again but still showing how deeply Rei truly cares for Usagi when she's in trouble
